Please read through our ingredients page on this website before completing your purchase. Charlotte Piper does not accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our Fudge, please do not consume if you are in doubt.
No purchases can be cancelled after payment has been received.
When placing your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and delivery was completed, additional delivery charges will be charged to you.
You must be home to receive your delivery of Fudge, Charlotte Piper takes no responsibility if Fudge has been left in heat and sunlight through delivery process. Please consider the weather options around the time you are wanting you Fudge.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to a cancellation of an order.
All fudges may contain traces of nuts.
All specifications are approximate only as the product is hand-made, subject to some variation and deviation.
We attempt to provide units of measure on all our products whether its by piece and or by weight, as required by National Measurment Institiute of Australia. If you find a product without this listed please contact us.
Every effort will be made to supply the choice of flavour but we reserve the right to supply alternatives if your choice is not available.
